Our mission is to provide cost effective construction services to assist our customers in achieving their building objectives.

Head Office and Shop
Our shop is 5000 sq. ft in size and is equipped with all tools and equipment needed to do everything from minor to major vehicle and equipment repairs.  We are a licensed Motor Vehicle Inspection Station by the MInistry of Transportation. 

Information Systems
We use computerized information systems in a networked environment. Functions include: Accounting, Word. Processing and Spreadsheets. We can accept and handle electronic documents in Microsoft Office, Corel Draw 8.0, AutoCad 4.0, and Adobe.

CAD Systems
We employ AutoCad electronic engineering and drafting computer assisted drawing application. This allows us to interchange engineering drawings electronically with our clients.

Parts and Inventory
We maintain an up to date parts warehouse, designed to service our fleet of equipment. We employ a preventative maintenance program that allows us to have the highest equipment availability for client operations, reducing downtime and keeping projects on track.

Communications
All field supervisors are equipped with cell phones, permitting constant and close contact with field personnel. All company vehicles and mobile heavy equipment have two way radios as well as the shop and office. This eliminates wasted time and improves overall efficiency of operations.

Internet
We use the Internet for correspondence and electronic document exchange via email. Our general mailbox for incoming inquiries is admin@makkingacontracting.com.
